Ingredients For orange crunch cake

    butter flavor shortening or butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream or fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange zest or orange flavoring
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice

How To Make orange crunch cake

    Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Cream butter and 1 cup of sugar or Splenda. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.

    Combine the flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture, blending just until moist. Stir in the raisin, walnuts and orange zest or flavoring.

    Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center come out clean. Dissolve 1/2 cup of sugar in the ornge juice and pour over hot cake.
