butter flavor shortening or butter
1 1/2 c
sugar or splenda sugar
2
eggs
1 c
sour cream or fat-free sour cream
1 tsp
vanilla
2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 c
raisins
1/2 c
walnuts
2 Tbsp
orange zest or orange flavoring
1/4 c
orange juice

How to Make Orange Crunch Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
    Cream butter and 1 cup of sugar or Splenda. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
  • 2Combine the flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture, blending just until moist. Stir in the raisin, walnuts and orange zest or flavoring.
  • 3Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center come out clean. Dissolve 1/2 cup of sugar in the ornge juice and pour over hot cake.
