Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter flavor shortening or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar or splenda sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream or fat-free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest or orange flavoring
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

How To Make orange crunch cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Cream butter and 1 cup of sugar or Splenda. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
  • Step 2
    Combine the flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture, blending just until moist. Stir in the raisin, walnuts and orange zest or flavoring.
  • Step 3
    Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center come out clean. Dissolve 1/2 cup of sugar in the ornge juice and pour over hot cake.
