Ingredients
- 1 cup butter flavor shortening or butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar or splenda sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream or fat-free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons orange zest or orange flavoring
- 1/4 cup orange juice
How To Make orange crunch cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Cream butter and 1 cup of sugar or Splenda. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.

Step 2Combine the flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture, blending just until moist. Stir in the raisin, walnuts and orange zest or flavoring.

Step 3Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center come out clean. Dissolve 1/2 cup of sugar in the ornge juice and pour over hot cake.
