1 1/2 csugar or splenda sugar

How to Make Orange Crunch Cake
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
Cream butter and 1 cup of sugar or Splenda. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. - Combine the flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture, blending just until moist. Stir in the raisin, walnuts and orange zest or flavoring.
- Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center come out clean. Dissolve 1/2 cup of sugar in the ornge juice and pour over hot cake.
