1-Preheat oven to 300F
-Mix all ingredients together and pour them into a greased and floured pan.
-Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked.
2*This cake is versatile, you can substitute oranges with lemons, mandarins, clementines etc.
*Feel free to add dried fruits, raisins, nuts etc. I personally like it simple and without any frosting.
*This cake freezes very well. When completely cold, wrap it with wax paper then with cling film and freeze it. When ready to eat it, just take it out of the freezer and let it thaw in room temperature for a couple of hours.
