Ingredients

  • CAKE MIXTURE:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box small size of orange jello
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • ORANGE GLAZE:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

How To Make orange bundt cake

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Generously grease and flour bundt pan, set aside.
  • Step 2
Add all the cake ingredients as listed above, mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Watch carefully... everyone's oven may be different, could be less, then again could be more.
  • Step 3
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Meanwhile whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice and orange zest. Place cake on cake plate, prick the cake with a fork..then pour glaze evenly over cake. Allow to cool completely before serving.
  • Step 4
If desired...melt some chocolate and drizzle on top of the cake. and, Or.....serve with a dollop of whipping cream! I love whipped cream, so I want it on everything..LOL!
  • Step 5
TIPS: You can also make this in a 9 x13 pan, if desired to do so. It is important that you grease and flour your bundt pan..this cake is very moist and has a tendency to stick if not greased properly. If making in a 9 x 13 pan you don't have to remove the cake, poke holes just as above and pour glaze over the top.
