Orange Bundt Cake
SO I decided to share it with all my neighbor friends here on JAP!

1 boxyellow cake mix
1 boxsmall size of orange jello
1 corange juice
2 tsporange zest
1 cpowdered sugar
3 Tbsporange juice
1 tsporange zest
How to Make Orange Bundt Cake
- Preheat oven to 325. Generously grease and flour bundt pan, set aside.
- Add all the cake ingredients as listed above, mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Watch carefully... everyone's oven may be different, could be less, then again could be more.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Meanwhile whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice and orange zest. Place cake on cake plate, prick the cake with a fork..then pour glaze evenly over cake. Allow to cool completely before serving.
- If desired...melt some chocolate and drizzle on top of the cake. and, Or.....serve with a dollop of whipping cream! I love whipped cream, so I want it on everything..LOL!
You can also make this in a 9 x13 pan, if desired to do so.
It is important that you grease and flour your bundt pan..this cake is very moist and has a tendency to stick if not greased properly. If making in a 9 x 13 pan you don't have to remove the cake, poke holes just as above and pour glaze over the top.
