This recipe freezes very well. Freeze by the dozen. Great Christmas tradition treat when I was little and now the same for my boys.

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 pound confectioners' sugar
2 - lemons, juiced
1 - grated rind of lemon, zest
2 - garted rind of orages, zest

How To Make orange blossoms

Step 1

Mix cake mix according to directions.

Step 2

Put 1 TBS cake mix into each section of mini muffin pan with cute muffin liners.
Step 3

Set to the side: Mix confectioner's sugar with the lemon and orange juice + rinds. Mixture will be very thin.
Step 4

Bake cake mix 350 degrees until muffins are done.
Step 5

Dip cooled cakes into the glaze.
