1Crust:Pour in greased large pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool. Don't worry when the crust falls.
1 (3 oz) Cream cheese softened at room temperature
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
3Using a mixer, whip the cream cheese. Then add the sifted powdered sugar a little at a time. Before you have added all the powdered sugar to the cream sugar, add the vanilla. Do not beat the ingredients too long or you will make butter. Pour the filling on top of the cracker crust.
