- 2 pounds pound cake
- 2 cans cherry pie filling
- 2 - 12 oz thawed cool whip/divided
How To Make oops forgot dessert

Step 1Slice pound cake into 1/4 inch slices and layer the bottom of a 11 x 15 inch pan with some of the slices

Step 2Spread pie filling over cake and then spread cool whip over pie filling...layer remaining slices of pound cake and another layer of cool whip

Step 3Decorate top of cake with sliced fresh fruit (optional)...but really makes the cake taste awesome
