- 1 stick melted butter
- 1-1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup cooking cocoa
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup mini marshmellows
How To Make ooey-gooey slow-cooker pudding cake

Step 1In lg bowl, mix together butter, sugarflour, eggs, cocoa, pecans, cinnamon, salt and vanilla.

Step 2Spray the bowl of a 3-1/2-quart slow-cooker w./ cooking spray. Pour ingredients into slow-cooker. Cook on low for 1-1/2 hrs. Or until set around the edges, but soft in center.

Step 3Turn off cooker. Sprinkle the cake w/ mini marshmellows. Let stand, covered for 15 mins. serve warm alone, or w/ a little ice cream.
