How to Make OOey-gooey slow-cooker pudding cake
- In lg bowl, mix together butter, sugarflour, eggs, cocoa, pecans, cinnamon, salt and vanilla.
- Spray the bowl of a 3-1/2-quart slow-cooker w./ cooking spray. Pour ingredients into slow-cooker. Cook on low for 1-1/2 hrs. Or until set around the edges, but soft in center.
- Turn off cooker. Sprinkle the cake w/ mini marshmellows. Let stand, covered for 15 mins. serve warm alone, or w/ a little ice cream.
