Warm and gooey, this cake is almost like a lava cake. It's supposed to be a little jiggly, so don't worry about that.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1-1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 - eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup cooking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup mini marshmellows

How To Make ooey-gooey slow-cooker pudding cake

  • Step 1
    In lg bowl, mix together butter, sugarflour, eggs, cocoa, pecans, cinnamon, salt and vanilla.
  • Step 2
    Spray the bowl of a 3-1/2-quart slow-cooker w./ cooking spray. Pour ingredients into slow-cooker. Cook on low for 1-1/2 hrs. Or until set around the edges, but soft in center.
  • Step 3
    Turn off cooker. Sprinkle the cake w/ mini marshmellows. Let stand, covered for 15 mins. serve warm alone, or w/ a little ice cream.
