Warm and gooey, this cake is almost like a lava cake. It's supposed to be a little jiggly, so don't worry about that.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    melted butter
  • 1-1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 4
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 c
    cooking cocoa
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    mini marshmellows

How to Make OOey-gooey slow-cooker pudding cake

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg bowl, mix together butter, sugarflour, eggs, cocoa, pecans, cinnamon, salt and vanilla.
  2. Spray the bowl of a 3-1/2-quart slow-cooker w./ cooking spray. Pour ingredients into slow-cooker. Cook on low for 1-1/2 hrs. Or until set around the edges, but soft in center.
  3. Turn off cooker. Sprinkle the cake w/ mini marshmellows. Let stand, covered for 15 mins. serve warm alone, or w/ a little ice cream.
