These ooey gooey bars are Mr. Bill's most asked for snacks.wow they really are good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 3 large
    eggs, separated
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese (8oz), softened
  • 4 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1 c
    toffee bits

How to Make Ooey Gooey Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 350*. lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish, dust with flour.
  2. In bowl combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg until combined Press into bottom of pan.
  3. In another bowl beat cream cheese until fulffy. Add 2 eggs and sugar. Beat until well blended. Fold in peanut butter chips and 1/2 cup toffee chips.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake mixture in pan. Sprinkly remaining toffee chips on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Garnish with powdered sugar if desired. then enjoy xoxo
