Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix( set 1/2 cup aside)
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 1/2 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
- CAKE BATTER MOUSSE
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup yellow cake mix (from above)
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 1 package coolwhip
How To Make ooey goey blondies/cake batter mousse

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2For the brownies: Stir it all together and press into an 8×8 baking dish, bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3For the mousse: Beat together milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes, then stir in cake mix. Chill for 20 min. Fold in cool whip (or real whipped cream if you want.)

Step 4Serve the Mousse on top of the brownies and get rave reviews.
