Yummy Yummy...these are delicious and delightful. These are loaded with calories but there is a remedy: Eat them with Chopsticks. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix( set 1/2 cup aside)
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • CAKE BATTER MOUSSE
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup yellow cake mix (from above)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • 1 package coolwhip

How To Make ooey goey blondies/cake batter mousse

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    For the brownies: Stir it all together and press into an 8×8 baking dish, bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 3
    For the mousse: Beat together milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes, then stir in cake mix. Chill for 20 min. Fold in cool whip (or real whipped cream if you want.)
  • Step 4
    Serve the Mousse on top of the brownies and get rave reviews.
