This is a moist and easy cake to make. I usually just put confectioners sugar over the top but icing is good also.

Ingredients

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons heaping tblsp. cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 sticks margarine, melted
2 cups cold water

How To Make one bowl chocolate cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in bowl in exact order given. Mix together and pour into either a 9x13 pan or a tube pan.

Step 2

If using 9x13 pan, bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. If using tube pan, bake for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Enjoy.
