old fashioned spice cake

This is my moms recipe, and I don't know where she got it from, but it's yummy! She sometimes even added raisins to it, I think about a cup of them. You can serve this w/out the frosting if you want to serve it w/ whipped cream or ice cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1-1/3 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 - 10 oz can condensed cream of tomato soup
- 1 stick butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Place all ingredients, except for cream cheese 1/8 tsp vanilla and powdered sugar into lg bowl.

Step 2Beat w/ mixer for about 4 mins, or until completely mixed. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 3In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth, ( may have to add a tbsp of milk.)Frost cooled cake.
