One of my favorite recipes from my mom...of course there are many, but this one I really love when she makes it. A good spoonful of cool whip makes it even better.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup raisins

Step 1Mix all together and bake in a square baking pan. 375F for 40 minutes.
