Another of my dads great Easter treat recipes. I love the flavors. Nuts, cinnamon, raisins and butter w/ biscuits as a cake. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 16.3 oz pkg refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 - 10.2 oz pkg refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 teaspoons milk

How To Make nutty cinnamon biscuit cake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10" bundt pan w/ cooking spray. Separate biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces, place in a lg bowl.
  • Step 2
    Pour butter over biscuit pieces. In another bowl, mix together sugar, raisins, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle mix over biscuits. Toss everything to coat evenly.
  • Step 3
    Place biscuit mix into pan, evenly. Bake 30-35 min or until set in the middle. Let cool and then invert onto a plate. In small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over cake and serve.
