Another of my dads great Easter treat recipes. I love the flavors. Nuts, cinnamon, raisins and butter w/ biscuits as a cake. Yummy!

Ingredients

16.3 oz pkg refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1
10.2 oz pkg refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1-1/2 Tbsp
melted butter
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
raisins
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 c
powdered sugar
4 tsp
milk

How to Make Nutty cinnamon biscuit cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10" bundt pan w/ cooking spray. Separate biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces, place in a lg bowl.
  • 2Pour butter over biscuit pieces. In another bowl, mix together sugar, raisins, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle mix over biscuits. Toss everything to coat evenly.
  • 3Place biscuit mix into pan, evenly. Bake 30-35 min or until set in the middle. Let cool and then invert onto a plate. In small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over cake and serve.
