Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed oreo cookies
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter-melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz. @) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 - egg yolks
  • 1 - whole egg
  • 1/2 cup milk ( i use canned milk) it's creamier
  • 1 - 13 oz. jar nutella
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped toasted hazelnuts

How To Make nutella cheesecake

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 * MIX FIRST THREE (3) CRUMB INGREDIENTS, PLACE INTO SPRINGFORM PAN AND BAKE 10 MIN. TAKE OUT, AND REDUCE OVEN TEMP. TO 300*
  • Step 2
    MIX NEXT 8 INGREDIENTS IN MIXING BOWL, UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY, POUR INTO SPRINGFORM PAN,
  • Step 3
    PLACE PAN ON COOKIE SHEET, AND BAKE 1 1/2 HOURS, COOL COMPLETELY TO ROOM TEMP. BEFORE PLACING INTO REFRIGERTOR, THIS WILL PREVENT IT FROM COOLING TO QUICKLY, WHICH WILL CAUSE THE TOP TO CRACK.
  • Step 4
    REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT, THE NEXT DAY: BRING CREAM TO A BOIL, POUR OVER CHOCOLATE CHIPS, STIR UNTIL SMOOTH, SPREAD ON TOP OF CHEESECAKE, SPRINKLE WITH NUTS, REFRIGERATE AT LEAST ANOTHER 4 HOURS, BEFOR SERVING.
