- 1 1/2 cups crushed oreo cookies
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter-melted
- 3 packages (8 oz. @) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1 - whole egg
- 1/2 cup milk ( i use canned milk) it's creamier
- 1 - 13 oz. jar nutella
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups chopped toasted hazelnuts

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 * MIX FIRST THREE (3) CRUMB INGREDIENTS, PLACE INTO SPRINGFORM PAN AND BAKE 10 MIN. TAKE OUT, AND REDUCE OVEN TEMP. TO 300*

Step 2MIX NEXT 8 INGREDIENTS IN MIXING BOWL, UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY, POUR INTO SPRINGFORM PAN,

Step 3PLACE PAN ON COOKIE SHEET, AND BAKE 1 1/2 HOURS, COOL COMPLETELY TO ROOM TEMP. BEFORE PLACING INTO REFRIGERTOR, THIS WILL PREVENT IT FROM COOLING TO QUICKLY, WHICH WILL CAUSE THE TOP TO CRACK.

Step 4REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT, THE NEXT DAY: BRING CREAM TO A BOIL, POUR OVER CHOCOLATE CHIPS, STIR UNTIL SMOOTH, SPREAD ON TOP OF CHEESECAKE, SPRINKLE WITH NUTS, REFRIGERATE AT LEAST ANOTHER 4 HOURS, BEFOR SERVING.
