nut cake
I love a simple pound cake. The simpler the better. Sometimes it is not always about the frosting. This recipe is from a church cookbook right here in my own hometown....that makes it even better! It a nice cake for any occasion rather for a church function, family reunion, or just serving unexpected company. That good! I really love the simplicity of this cake....and I believe you will too. *Google pic*

Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour, sifted
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 6 - eggs
- - dash of vanilla flavoring
- 1 pound butter, melted
- - powder sugar
How To Make nut cake

Step 1Sift flour and sugar.

Step 2Add all other ingredients.

Step 4Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Step 5Pour in batter.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Step 7Remove from oven.

Step 8Cool a little bit before you sprinkle with powder sugar.
