Ingredients
- 1 package store bought pound cake pre cooked
- 2 cups chocolate ice cream slightly softened
- 1 package 8 oz cool whip thawed
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
How To Make "not baked" alaska

Step 1cut your cake lengthwise into 3 layers. take bottom layer and place it on your serving plate; spread 1 cup of chocolate ice cream over the cake.

Step 2then place second layer of cake on top of your ice cream layer then top that layer of cake with remaining ice cream. place third layer of cake on top of the newest ice cream layer press down gently on cake layer.

Step 3frost top and sides of cake with whip cream,then sprinkle coconut evenly on the top of the cake.

Step 4you can either serve it right away or freeze it i recommend freezing for 2 hrs before serving, but it is not needed.
