I've used this recipe since the mid-'70; it is quite good.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 3 cups marshmallows, mini
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 box plus one (1) inner seal pkg of graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves, ground
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 16 ounces candied fruit, chopped

How To Make non-bake graham cracker fruit cake

  • Step 1
    Combine milk, marshmallows and orange juice in large bowl and let soak 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix remaining ingredients together-a little at a time, stirring as you add ingredients. (It is easiest if plastic, disposable gloves are worn to mix ingredients and mold into pan(s).) Line pan with wax paper, put mixture into pan(s), cover with plastic wrap then aluminum foil and freeze for 2-3 days so flavors can incorporate completely.

    Remove from freezer, thaw,slice, and enjoy!
