My pumpkin squares are moist and delicious, with just the right spice.

pumkin puree
1 c
2/3 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 c
vegetable oil
1 tsp
each - salt, baking powder, baking soda
2 tsp
2 c
1/2 - 1 c
chopped nuts - optional

How to Make ~ No Fuss Pumpkin Squares ~ One Bowl


  • 1Preheat oven ton350 degree F.

    Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray or grease.

    In a large bowl, add all ingredients and whisk until evenly mixed and smooth.
  • 2Spread evenly into prepared pan. I mixed 2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, then sprinkled over the batter.
  • 3Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 4Cool, cut and serve with whipped cream if desired.
