~ no fuss pumpkin squares ~ one bowl
Can't get any easier than this. I just love when I can mix up a dessert and dirty only one bowl! What's not to love? My pumpkin squares are moist and delicious, with just the right spice. Whip you up a bowl, you'll be happy you did!

Ingredients
- 1 - 15 ounces pumkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon each - salt, baking powder, baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 - 1 cups chopped nuts - optional

Step 1Preheat oven ton350 degree F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray or grease. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and whisk until evenly mixed and smooth.

Step 2Spread evenly into prepared pan. I mixed 2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, then sprinkled over the batter.

Step 3Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 4Cool, cut and serve with whipped cream if desired.
