Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1/3 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons liquid oil
- 2 cups water
- ICING
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make no egg chocolate cake

Step 1Stir first 5 ingrediants in a bowl then add coconut. Make a well and add vinegar, vanilla extract, cooking oil and water. Mix well by hand then pour into a 9x13 greased and floured cake pan. Bake 40-45 minutes @ 300 degrees

Step 2Icing Bring first five ingrediants to a boil. Boil exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and add nuts coconut and vanilla. Let cool 3-5 minutes then pour over cooled cake.
