1Stir first 5 ingrediants in a bowl then add coconut. Make a well and add vinegar, vanilla extract, cooking oil and water. Mix well by hand then pour into a 9x13 greased and floured cake
pan. Bake 40-45 minutes @ 300 degrees
Bring first five ingrediants to a boil. Boil exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and add nuts coconut and vanilla. Let cool 3-5 minutes then pour over cooled cake.
