Did you ever want Brownies really bad, but when you got to the cupboard, you had no Brownie Mix???? Well, here is a solution. I hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 1 package any flavor chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice (optional)
How To Make no brownie mix, chewy brownies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Step 2Mix together the cake mix, butter, and eggs until the cake mix is completely absorbed. Stir in the chocolate chips and the nuts (if you are using the nuts).

Step 3Press the stiff dough evenly into the 9x13 inch baking dish.

Step 4Bake for 26 - 30 minutes. When cooled cut into squares and serve.
