Ingredients

    graham cracker pie crust
  • 2
    8 oz pkg fat free cream cheese,at room temp
  • 1 c
    fat free sour cream
  • 1
    24 oz container fat/sugar free cool whip, divided
  • 1 large
    can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/3 c
    splenda blend
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make no bake pumpkin cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. with hand mixer beat cream cheese til light snd fluffy... add sour cream and bout 1/3 the cool whip.. set aside
  2. in med bowl mix pumpkin,splenda,pie spice,cinnamon,and vanilla
  3. now mix pumpkin mix into bowl with cream cheese.... mix well....place in pie shell......."frost" with remaining cool whip...refrigerate when i serve this a dash of pumpkin pie spice on each slice is a nice garnish
