Ingredients

  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 - 8 oz pkg fat free cream cheese,at room temp
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 - 24 oz container fat/sugar free cool whip, divided
  • 1 large can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup splenda blend
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make no bake pumpkin cheesecake

  • Step 1
    with hand mixer beat cream cheese til light snd fluffy... add sour cream and bout 1/3 the cool whip.. set aside
  • Step 2
    in med bowl mix pumpkin,splenda,pie spice,cinnamon,and vanilla
  • Step 3
    now mix pumpkin mix into bowl with cream cheese.... mix well....place in pie shell......."frost" with remaining cool whip...refrigerate when i serve this a dash of pumpkin pie spice on each slice is a nice garnish
