I needed a quick no bake cheesecake, I always bake mine homeade, but in 112 degree weather in AZ, you just don't want to heat up your kitchen, so going thru other similar recipes, I combined a few with fresh berries, and white chocolate...a pretty very easy creamy cheesecake was born...EZ to make
