1/4 c
cold milk

milk, heated to boiling
2 pkg
(8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
mini-chocolate chips

deep dish graham cracker crust (9 ounce)
1 c
your favorite cookies, coarsely crushed

How to Make No Bake Cookie Crumble Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  • 1In blender, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes.
  • 2Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  • 3Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.
  • 4Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.
  • 5Pour in gelatin mixture; sprinkle with crushed cookies.
  • 6Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
