Ingredients
- 1 - envelope plain gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1 cup milk, heated to boiling
- 2 packages (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
- 1 - deep dish graham cracker crust (9 ounce)
- 1 cup your favorite cookies, coarsely crushed

Step 1In blender, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes.

Step 2Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Step 3Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.

Step 4Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.

Step 5Pour in gelatin mixture; sprinkle with crushed cookies.

Step 6Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
