Wow this recipe was awesome, I just had to adopt it!!! We are a cheesecake loving family and this is really good and really different... TRY IT!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 - envelope plain gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup milk, heated to boiling
  • 2 packages (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 1 - deep dish graham cracker crust (9 ounce)
  • 1 cup your favorite cookies, coarsely crushed

How To Make no bake cookie crumble cheesecake

  • Step 1
    In blender, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.
  • Step 4
    Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.
  • Step 5
    Pour in gelatin mixture; sprinkle with crushed cookies.
  • Step 6
    Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
