This light and fluffy cheesecake was recently served at a function I attended. It was garnished with sliced strawberries. Delightful!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make no-bake cheesecake - steph

  • Step 1
    In bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in the sugar. Blend in the sour cream and vanilla. Fold in the whipped topping until well mixed. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Chill for 4 - 5 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated. This can also be garnished with your favorite fresh fruit or pie filling, or sprinkled with crumbled chocolate cookies. ENJOY!
