- In bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in the sugar. Blend in the sour cream and vanilla. Fold in the whipped topping until well mixed. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Chill for 4 - 5 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated. This can also be garnished with your favorite fresh fruit or pie filling, or sprinkled with crumbled chocolate cookies. ENJOY!
