Yum! That is what comes to mind when I think of Cheesecake. Its creamy sweetness just takes me to another place. Problem is its hundreds of calories for a piece. It also take a long time to make a really good one. These No Bake Cheesecake Bites are so easy and it only takes 4 ingredients!

How to Make No Bake Cheesecake Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar until completely combined. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours or until chilled.
  2. I used a spoon to shape bite sized pieces of the cream cheese mixture into “balls”. (they won’t come out perfectly round, its ok).
  3. Roll each ball in the graham cracker crumbs. Either serve immediately or toss back in the fridge. Enjoy! #homemadeYUMMY
