this is so easy to make and will impress everyone that touches it with a fork. my sister in law in lakefield minnesota (Beth Carlson) gave me this receipe many years ago and it has become a favorite every where I go.

- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make no bake cheese cake

Step 1mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. add lemon juice. mix until thick (happens quickly) pour into graham cracker crust refrigerate for at least 1 hour. top with any fruit or eat plain. it is up to you.
