this is so easy to make and will impress everyone that touches it with a fork. my sister in law in lakefield minnesota (Beth Carlson) gave me this receipe many years ago and it has become a favorite every where I go.
1mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. add lemon juice. mix until thick (happens quickly) pour into graham cracker crust refrigerate for at least 1 hour. top with any fruit or eat plain. it is up to you.
