no bake cheese cake

We used to have an IGA store here & I got this recipe from them. It is sooooo good. I like blueberry topping & my hubby likes strawberry topping. Or just use fresh fruit!

Ingredients

  • 3-8oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3-8oz tubs - cool whip
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed

How To Make no bake cheese cake

  • Step 1
    crush enough graham crackers for 1 1/2 cups. Add to large bowl and add 1/2 cup butter and 1/8 cup water and mix and press into 9x13inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool a little then chill in freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Step 2
    In a big bowl add 3 8oz pkgs of cream cheese softened, 3-8oz tubs of cool whip and sugar and vanilla.
  • Step 3
    Mix and put into the 9x13inch pan with the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. YUMMMY! Add any type of topping you like.
