1 3/4 cgraham cracker crumbs for the crust

1/4 clight brown sugar

1/2 cmelted butter

FOR THE FILLING
-
48 ounce packages cream cheese

5eggs
-
1 1/4 cwater
-
1 can(s)15 ounces of pumpkin puree

1/4 call purpose flour
-
1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspground nutmeg
-
1/8 tspground clove
-
1/8 tspground allspice
How to Make New York Style Pumpkin Cheesecake
- To make the crust, add together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Mix well.
Grease a 9 inch spring-form pan and press the crust mixture evenly over the bottom.
Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool. - To make the filling, use a mixer to beat the cream cheese in a bowl. While continuously mixing, add the eggs (one at a time), the sugar (slowly), the pumpkin, the flour and the spices.
- Pour mixture onto the crust and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until the mixture has set and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cheesecake. Remove from oven and let cool.
