This is so easy it's scary. Zip Zip and your done. I like plain cheese cake but you could have any topping you like on this cake. Its yummy

Ingredients

cream cheese
6 oz
sugar
8 oz
heavy cream
4 large
eggs i use 5 eggs if they are medium eggs
3 oz
sour cream
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make New York Style Cheese Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1cream the sugar and cream cheese together well, then add the cream, eggs and mix well, then add the sour cream and vanilla and mix well
  • 2heat oven to 400*F
    grease and flour 9X2" cheese cake pan and place parchment paper on the bottom. I put foil around the pan and place it in another pan with water in the bottom.
  • 3Bake for 15 minutes at 400*F then turn oven to 350*F and bake for 45 minutes or till tooth pick come out clean.
