I got this recipe from my aunt and it's always a smash hit! Add canned cherries or strawberry topping and it just tastes evil.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 medium eggs (save 1 egg white)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (real lemon)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 14 - gram cracker (ground in to fine crumbs)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make new york cheesecake

Step 1Crust: mix butter & gram crackers together press into cheesecake pan.

Step 2Cheesecake: miss all but one egg white together until smooth pour in gramb cracker crust. (except sour cream) Bake at 350,35 mins remove from oven to cool 10 mins

Step 3Add sour cream: beat egg white 2 tbls of sugar and mix until very stiff. fold in sour cream top cheesecake bake another 10 mins then set out to cool.
