Ingredients

1 1/2 lbcream cheese

1 csugar

4 mediumeggs (save 1 egg white)

3 Tbsplemon juice (real lemon)

1 ptsour cream
-
14gram cracker (ground in to fine crumbs)

1/2 cbutter, melted
How to Make New York Cheesecake
- Crust: mix butter & gram crackers together press into cheesecake pan.
- Cheesecake: miss all but one egg white together until smooth pour in gramb cracker crust. (except sour cream) Bake at 350,35 mins remove from oven to cool 10 mins
- Add sour cream: beat egg white 2 tbls of sugar and mix until very stiff. fold in sour cream top cheesecake bake another 10 mins then set out to cool.
