This recipe came with my springform pan. First time I made it was for my youngest daughter's baby shower and it was a huge hit. Original recipe calls for graham cracker crust (which I dislike) and full fat ingredients. I used 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese, light sour cream and light butter. I also made a strawberry glaze and served light whipped cream with it although it was delicious without it. I followed mixing, baking and cooling instructions exactly and this was an amazing cheesecake.
