My children love different kinds of cheese cakes this is just one of the many I have made for them. You can add a fruit topping if you like my favorite is plain or chocolate chip cheese cake.

1/3 c
butter, melted
1 1/2 c
cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
3 1/4 pkg
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 can(s)
14 oz condensed milk
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract

How to Make New York Cheese Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; press evenly on bottom of 9 inch pie pan.
  • 2In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.
  • 3Add vanilla and eggs, mix well. Pour into prepared pie pan or spring form pan.
  • 4Bake for 1 hour, turn off oven but leave cheesecake in oven with door propped slightly open for an additonal hour.
  • 5Refrigerate at least 6 hours until firm.
