1/2 cshortening, softened but not completely melted
1 1/2 ccake flour
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 chot water
How to Make Never Fail Chocolate Cupcakes- Mom's
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper liners in muffin cups.
Place ingredients in mixer bowl in order given and beat well to mix. Pour into muffin cups to about 2/3-3/4 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done (test with toothpick). Cool on wire rack and serve with icing or whipped cream.
