My Grandma would always make this coffee cake for my sister and I. It brings back a lot of memories!

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour, unsifted
- 6 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons oil
- TOPPING
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make nana lou's cinnamon coffee cake

Step 1-MIX BY HAND!-

Step 2Sift all dry ingredients together. Cut in butter.

Step 3Combine eggs, milk, oil & vanilla together. Add to the dry mixture.

Step 4Pour just enough batter to barely cover greased 9x13 pan.

Step 5Blend all the topping ingredients together and sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture over the batter. Pour remaining batter on top of cinnamon mixture.

Step 6Top batter with remainder of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. DO NOT TEST TOO EARLY OR CAKE WILL SINK IN THE MIDDLE! Enjoy!
