Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 stick butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped fine
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 large cool whip, thawed
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 small instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini for topping

Step 1Mix together the first 3 ingredients; press into 8 or 9 inch square pan and bake at 350-degrees for about 15 minutes; cool. Combine the cream cheese, 1 cup cool whip and the confectioners sugar. Chill for several hours or overnight.

Step 2Mix until smooth and spread gently over crust. Mix chocolate pudding and milk; spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover pudding with the remaining cool whip and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
