Ingredients For mystery chocolate cake

2/3 cbutter, softened

1-1/2 csugar

3eggs

1 tspvanilla

1/2 ccocoa

2-1/4 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

1-1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1-1/4 cwater
-
2/3 csauerkraut, drained, rinsed and chopped

1/2 cchopped nuts
How To Make mystery chocolate cake

1Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.

2Add dry ingredients alternately with water. Rinse sauerkraut with water, drain and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop fine and stir into cake along with nuts.

3Bake in a greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

4Frost with a chocolate frosting.
