mystery cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• ADD
• 1 - beaten egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 can 16 oz fruit cocktail (remove 4-5 tbsp of juice)
• TOPPING
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts (topping goes on before you bake cake)
