This is such an awesome pound cake. dotted with raisins it is pretty when sliced and has a wonderful flavor and texture,

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups raisins

How To Make my raisin pound cake

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 325, spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray
  • Step 2
    cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until well blended.
  • Step 3
    add remaining ingredients except raisins and mix well, ( about 2 minutes)
  • Step 4
    Mix in raisins. pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes. cool completely before removing from pan. Dust with Powdered sugar
