How to Make My Raisin Pound cake
- preheat oven to 325, spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray
- cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until well blended.
- add remaining ingredients except raisins and mix well, ( about 2 minutes)
- Mix in raisins.
pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes. cool completely before removing from pan.
Dust with Powdered sugar
