my mama's "better than sex cake"
My mother first baked this cake for a family reunion. When everyone found out the name of the cake everyone had to try it. What was so funny is that everyone who ate the cake agreed the name was approprate! Over the years it became a "favorite" and was always requested by my daughter for her birthday cake!

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix, with pudding in the mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 - eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces bar of german sweet chocolate, grated
- 6 ounces package of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - additional pecan pieces to top frosted cake
How To Make my mama's "better than sex cake"

Step 1Mix the first 6 ingredients until blended. Stir in choclate and nuts. Bake in a 9" x 13" pan (or a bundt pan) that has been greased and floured (or sprayed with PAM for Bakers). Bake in a oven that has been pre-heated at 350º for 55 minutes or until it tests done with a toothpick or cake tester. Allow the cake to cool on a wire rack before putting the icing on the cake.

Step 2Mix the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and salt and beat until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract. Spread the icing generiously over the cake. Top with additional pecan pieces if desired.
