Ingredients

  • 1 box
    white cakemix
  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1 c
    cooking oil
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    coconut flavoring
  • 1 can(s)
    condenced milk (eagle brand)
  • ·
    icing
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 large
    whipped topping, thawed
  • 12 oz
    frozen coconut

How to Make My Favorite Coconut Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a mixer. Cook in three greased and floured 9 inch cake pans at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until center bounces back. Cool and then spread with frosting.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and frost in between layers and frost the cake with the remaining frosting and refrigrate.
