This is a recipe that my family request all the time. It is so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cakemix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1 can condenced milk (eagle brand)
  • - icing
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 large whipped topping, thawed
  • 12 ounces frozen coconut

How To Make my favorite coconut cake

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together with a mixer. Cook in three greased and floured 9 inch cake pans at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until center bounces back. Cool and then spread with frosting.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients together and frost in between layers and frost the cake with the remaining frosting and refrigrate.
