Ingredients

1 box
white cakemix
3 large
eggs
1 c
cooking oil
1 c
sour cream
1 tsp
coconut flavoring
1 can(s)
condenced milk (eagle brand)
icing
16 oz
sour cream
3 c
powdered sugar
1 large
whipped topping, thawed
12 oz
frozen coconut

How to Make My Favorite Coconut Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together with a mixer. Cook in three greased and floured 9 inch cake pans at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until center bounces back. Cool and then spread with frosting.
  • 2Mix all ingredients together and frost in between layers and frost the cake with the remaining frosting and refrigrate.
