Oh So Good. rich delicious mud cake. Never fails to please. never have left overs, so I do not know how it is the second day. Family favorite.

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup water
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large beaten eggs

How To Make mud cake

Step 1

#1. mix melted butter, cocoa,and water together. Bring to a boil and pour this into.

Step 2

#2. Flour, sugar,cinnamon and stir well.
Step 3

#3. Dissolve soda in butter milk, 2 beaten eggs and vanilla. Add to previous mixture. Mix well and pour into 9X13 pan well greased and floured.
Step 4

Bake at 350 for 30 min or till done. edges will pull away from side of pan.
