mouth watering graham cracker cake
I found this recipe and I revised it to my liking. The original sounded good but to sweet for me so added some ingredients to make your mouth water. Very simple to make and once it has cooled I would recommend keeping this in frig, so it last longer. Just throw some plastic wrap on her and enjoy your creation as we did. No icing is needed You will see!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter ,,softened/divided
- 13 1/2 ounces graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powdwe
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans, halved
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* Spray 9x13 glass pan and set aside

Step 2Beat 1 1/2 sticks of butter, sugar-till creamy. Add graham cracker crumbs, baking powder,milk,eggs,vanilla. Beat till well mixed. Fold in coconut and pecans

Step 3Pour into prepared pan. Melt remaining butter in small pan, . Once butter is melted turn off heat add powdered sugar and pineapple, stir till combined. Pour over batter, spread lightly with a spoon.

Step 4Bake 40-45 min, or till tooth pick comes out clean
