A southern staple is Sun-Drop! If you have access to sun-drop, you can substitute it for the mountain dew!

Ingredients

1 box cake mix, lemon
1 box instant pudding mix, lemon flavor
12 ounces mountain dew
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 - eggs

How To Make mountain dew cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325.

Step 2

Lightly grease and flour 10 cup bundt pan.
Step 3

In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix.
Step 4

Add soda, oil and eggs.
Step 5

Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Step 6

Pour batter into prepared pan, and bake 50 minutes, check with wooden pick.
Step 7

Let cool for 10 minutes.
Step 8

Remove from pan and let cool completely.
