I used to make this with Pillsbury rolls, then used my bread machine to make the dough. SO much better!

How To Make monkey bread-bread machine
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Place 2 tbsp butter, water, sugar, salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, flour and yeast into bread machine. Set to dough cycle. If it's humid, and the dough seems like it's coming out sticky, add a little flour while still early in the dough process.
-
Step 2When dough is finished, combine 1/2 c white sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll dough into small balls, roll into sugar/cinnamon mix and put into greased bundt pan. When done, cover with towel and let rise 1/2 hour.
-
Step 3After dough rises for about a half hour, put 1/4 c. butter in small pan and melt. Add brown sugar and vanilla, bring just to boil. Pour over bread pieces. Bake at 350 30-35 minutes.
