Ingredients For *** mom's wine cake ***

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2/3 c
    cooking sherry
  • whipped cream, if desired
  • ice cream, if desired

How To Make *** mom's wine cake ***

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Mix together cake mix, pudding & nutmeg. Beat 4 eggs together & add to cake mixture. Add oil & sherry.

    Pour in greased angel food cake pan. Bake 60 minutes. Leaving oven door open the last 15 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
