Really, we should call this DAD'S PUDDING CAKE because although Mom keeps it ready on the counter for him..it's because of his love for it that she does it! This is moist needs no frosting. Mom bakes it in 2 bread pans and keeps it ready for anybody (Dad) to slice a piece off and enjoy. You can use any flavor of cake mix..DAD'S FAVORITE is French Vanilla.

Ingredients
- 1 - duncan hines cake mix - any flavor
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup water
How To Make mom's pudding cake

Step 1Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix w/electric hand mixer about 2 min.

Step 2Pour into 2 bread pans ..can use angle food cake pan or bundt cake pan

Step 3Bake 350 degrees 45 min. for the bread pans Cool...then remove from pans onto cooling rack
