MOM'S PUDDING CAKE
This is moist needs no frosting. Mom bakes it in 2 bread pans and keeps it ready for anybody (Dad) to slice a piece off and enjoy.
You can use any flavor of cake mix..DAD'S FAVORITE is French Vanilla.
- duncan hines cake mix - any flavor
- 1 box
- instant vanilla pudding
- 1/3 c
- 1 c
How to Make MOM'S PUDDING CAKE
- 1Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix w/electric hand mixer about 2 min.
- 2Pour into 2 bread pans
..can use angle food cake pan or bundt cake pan
- 3Bake 350 degrees 45 min. for the bread pans
Cool...then remove from pans onto cooling rack
