Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges & juice
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, your choice
- GLAZE:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- TOPPING:
- cool whip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake 30 - 35 minutes.

Step 3In small saucepan, boil all glaze ingredients together.

Step 4Pierce holes in cake with long handled serving spoon. Pour over glaze over warm cake. Serve with cool whip, if desired.
