This is the cheesecake I grew up on. My mom use to make it all the time and it is a sinfully rich and delicious dessert that is always in season.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2 packages softened cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make mom's instant cheesecake

Step 1Mix together crushed graham crackers and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Add butter and mix until all mixture is moist. Press into a 8" pie pan and place aside.

Step 2Combine all cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixer. Mix until smooth.

Step 3Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust and place in fridge for 1 hour or until set.

Step 4Serve with the topping of your choice. Enjoy!
