How to Make Mom's Instant Cheesecake
- 1Mix together crushed graham crackers and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Add butter and mix until all mixture is moist. Press into a 8" pie pan and place aside.
- 2Combine all cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixer. Mix until smooth.
- 3Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust and place in fridge for 1 hour or until set.
- 4Serve with the topping of your choice. Enjoy!
