This is the cheesecake I grew up on. My mom use to make it all the time and it is a sinfully rich and delicious dessert that is always in season.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c
    crushed graham crackers
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    butter or margarine
  • 2 pkg
    softened cream cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Mom's Instant Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together crushed graham crackers and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Add butter and mix until all mixture is moist. Press into a 8" pie pan and place aside.
  2. Combine all cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixer. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust and place in fridge for 1 hour or until set.
  4. Serve with the topping of your choice. Enjoy!
