This is the cheesecake I grew up on. My mom use to make it all the time and it is a sinfully rich and delicious dessert that is always in season.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 packages softened cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make mom's instant cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Mix together crushed graham crackers and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Add butter and mix until all mixture is moist. Press into a 8" pie pan and place aside.
  • Step 2
    Combine all cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixer. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust and place in fridge for 1 hour or until set.
  • Step 4
    Serve with the topping of your choice. Enjoy!
