How to Make Mom's Gooey Butter Cake
- 1Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2Mix together dry cake mix, butter, and 2 eggs and press into a greased 9" x 13" cake pan, pushing the sides up slightly to hold the filling.
- 3For filling: Mix cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs, and powdered sugar, till smooth.
- 4Pour filling into crust and bake for 35 minutes.
- 5Let cool. Serve at room temperature. Store in refrigerator.
