I made this cake and took it to the office and they all wanted the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix, any brand
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can fruit pie filling, such as peach, cherry, blueberry, etc.

How To Make mom's favorite bundt cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Bundt pan using cooking spray. (I like to add a little sugar over the cooking spray instead of flour.)
  • Step 2
    Place all ingredients except pie filling, in a med-size bowl and beat on low until mixed, then mix on med. until lumps are gone.
  • Step 3
    Place 1/3 of batter in Bundt pan, place pie filling on top and spread the other 2/3 of batter over pie filling. Bake for the time it instructs on your cake mix for a Bundt cake.
  • Step 4
    NOTE: I like to make a nice confectioner's glaze to pour over the top, but if you do not like it very sweet, just serve as it is.
