1 pkg
vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
1/2 c
water
1/2 c
canola oil
1/3 c
sour cream

How to Make MOM'S FAVORITE BUNDT CAKE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Bundt pan using cooking spray. (I like to add a little sugar over the cooking spray instead of flour.)
  • 2Place all ingredients except pie filling, in a med-size bowl and beat on low until mixed, then mix on med. until lumps are gone.
  • 3Place 1/3 of batter in Bundt pan, place pie filling on top and spread the other 2/3 of batter over pie filling. Bake for the time it instructs on your cake mix for a Bundt cake.
  • 4NOTE: I like to make a nice confectioner's glaze to pour over the top, but if you do not like it very sweet, just serve as it is.
